1. Meet and greet
We believe that the initial phase is the most important part of the entire design process. The success of our creative work depends on this initial contact where we have the connection with our clients.
Once we receive the call from our clients, an appointment is sheduled at the home. We come meet, take pictures and listen carefully to the clients needs, the projections and intentions for each space.
2. Propose
Once we understand the areas that our client wishes to renovate, and both parts agree to move forward on this journey, we will then send our proposal.
3. Planning & Design
Once the proposal is excepted, the journey of the creative stage starts. the design concepts is defined by the selection of colors, textures, styles, architectural details, decoration and lighting. Apart from that we will create a schedule with all the activities of the project, such as deliveries, meetings, selection approvals and payments.
In this design phase, we would need to visit the home once again to take all the measurements necessary, to bring the subcontractors and vendors to site.
4. Presentation
With a clear idea of what we are going to create, this is the day we present our client the creative concept, showcasing elevations, drawings, samples of materials and colors. We will also present a proposal for all specified items and discuss the scope of the project, costs and its schedule.
The purchasing stage starts upon the client’s approval.
5. Installation
Time to install all custom cabinetry and locate all the furniture in its place according to the plan. We review and monitor our list of pending activities to make sure we take care the smallest details so nothing is left behind.
The reveal day happens once all the styling is done and we are satisfied with our work. A Photograph session is then booked for our records. You can then celebrate and start enjoying your new and remodeled home.
