We want you to love your Westmarket Home purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Non-returnable items: Final sale, clearance, and made-to-order/custom items are not eligible for return.
How to request a return:
Contact us at sales@westmarkethome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back at your own cost; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
