We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may initiate a return within 10 days of delivery by contacting us through our Contact page. Our team will guide you through the process.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit equal to the refund amount.


Return Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Return shipping fees vary based on item and location

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for all categories except: pillows, throws, rugs, cups, placemats, mattresses, and décor
  • Items must be in original packaging and like-new condition
  • Products with scratches, stains, damage, odors, or modifications are not eligible
  • Original shipping fees (Standard or White Glove) are non-refundable
  • Final Sale / Clearance items cannot be returned
  • Refused deliveries due to sizing are considered buyer’s remorse returns and subject to fees

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in new condition
  • Must include original packaging and all inserts
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once received, returns are inspected within 72 hours.
If approved, store credit will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.


Store Credit May Not Be Issued If

  • The item shows signs of use or damage
  • It is not returned in original packaging
  • It is returned without authorization
  • Damage occurred during return shipping due to improper packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt (“damaged upon arrival”)
  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Resolution Options

At our discretion, we may:

  • Send a replacement
  • Offer a partial refund or discount
  • Arrange a repair
  • Provide replacement parts

If the item is structurally damaged and unusable, a full replacement may be issued.


Right to Repair

If the item is repairable, Westmarket Home reserves the right to send a technician.
If repair is refused, it may be treated as a return under buyer’s remorse conditions.


Spare Parts

For minor issues, we may send replacement parts instead of replacing the full item.


Keep-As-Is Discount

In some cases, we may offer a small discount for keeping the item as-is.
Accepting this option voids any warranty or further claims.


Replacements

If a defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
If replacement is not feasible, we reserve the right to issue a refund or store credit.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment at no cost.
Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and subject to fees.


In-Transit Cancellation

If an order is already in transit, cancellation will be treated as a buyer’s remorse return, including:

  • Return shipping fees
  • 25% restocking fee

Refunds

All approved returns are issued as store credit.


Limited Warranty

Westmarket Home offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Incidental or consequential damages
